8월 5일 금요일 밤 10시 반에 진행되기로 했던 김영글 작가와의 만남이 작가 개인 사정으로 연기되었습니다. 새롭게 바뀐 일정은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 우선 이른 저녁부터 시간이 되는 분들은 8월 12일 금요일 저녁 7시 반, 명동 재개발 3구역 카페 마리에서 모여 “명동 불바다” (링크)공연을 관람합니다.

2. 공연 관람 이후 이태원 작업실로 함께 이동합니다. 초저녁에 볼일이 있으시거나, 체력이 걱정되시는 분들은 11시 이태원 작업실로 오시면 됩니다.

3. 첫 차가 올 때 까지, 함께 밤을 새는 사람들이 주인공으로 나오는 영화를 보고, 밤을 새는 것에 대해 이야기를 나눕니다. “잠 못 이루는 밤”을 시작 하기 전에 왜 “명동 불바다”를 먼저 보았는지에 대해서도 이야기를 나눠볼 수 있을 것입니다.

메일을 보내실 때, 8월 12일 금요일에 공연만 함께 하실지, 공연을 보고 “잠 못 이루는 밤”을 위해 작업실로 함께 가실지, 혹은 11시까지 작업실로 바로 와주실지를 꼭 알려주세요. 작업실 공간이 한정되어있어 인원이 제한되어 있습니다.

그럼, 밤새 나눌 이야기들을 기대하며, 다음 주 금요일 밤을 기다리겠습니다!

A Sleepless Night

7:30 p.m. / 11  p.m. Friday (August 12)

Cafe Mari (in Myung-dong Redevelopment Area Sector 3) / Artist’s  Studio in Itaewon

“A Sleepless Night”, which was scheduled on August 5, has been put off to August 12. The changed schedule is as follows:

1. Those who are available from early evening meet at Cafe Mari on 7:30 p.m. to see a concert “Myeongdong Hellfire” (link)

2. After the concert, we move to Young-gle Kim’s studio in Itaewon. If you have something to do in the evening, or have worries about being fatigued after the concert, come to the studio in Itaewon on 11 p.m.

3. Until the first public transport operates, we watch a film about night workers, talk about not sleeping in night. We could also talk about why “Myeongdong Hellfire” was included in the event.

If you want to join the concert and/or the night-long meeting on August 12, send an e-mail to hit.run.seoul@gmail.com with your name and contact, until Friday(August 12) noon.

Please confirm whether you (a)only want to see the concert, (b)want to join the concert and the night-long meeting, or (c)will come directly to the artist’s studio on 11 p.m. There’s a limit of the number of participants we can have, due to the size of Young-gle Kim’s studio.
